I assume you mean guaranteed at signing. Jared Goff has $110M in total guarantees, which is the highest in the league. If that's his market, then Mahomes should be getting $150M or more in total guarantees.

The Rams have already restructured his contract, which added some guaranteed money, I believe. Think he also had a roster bonus that got picked up this year.

No, the $110M guaranteed number was announced at the time of the original signing. It was a big deal that he got the biggest guaranteed money of anyone. Here is an article from September 2019 when the new deal was signed.
