Yeah after watching this a few times if he had time probably should have went to MVS. He did say Milano got in his path so he had to pull it down and throw it late. It would have only been a 4-5 yd pass regardless.

Another thing teams will start incorporating is a spy on Mahomes every down. I know it’s been done before but I’m expecting more of it now that he has failed in this situation with Milano as the spy.

Buffalo had about 9-10 different defense schemes vs Mahomes. It’s become quite a chess match.

Busted play by Milano. Given him credit for it. Looks like the play design was to have Skyy cross over Kelce's route to drag away the defender. It's also a bit misleading to compare 7 years ago to now with rules changes and where the league is.
