Alright y’all! We got a game this Saturday. The reigning National Champion Jayhawks are as self-righteous as ever and coming to Columbia, where the Tigers look like they could have their best coached team since the Obama administration. Self is still figuring out his rotations (to a painful degree), and in Columbia anything can happen.

This thread can also be used to talk football and how this rivalry is oh so dead, which is why a bowl game that is not happening has arguments spilling over into Mizzou threads, KU threads, college football threads, and twitter and facebook wars all over my feed.

Join me and let’s all talk about how this game doesn’t matter anymore and all angrily ask why I’m missing asterisks in the thread title.

I honestly don't care either way.

This is all started with several KU fans flooding the Mizzou football thread because they were sad/mad that Mizzou told them 'no'. It all escalated from there.

I fully expect you all to be in the thread of the university you care nothing about anymore whenever something negative happens associated with said university.

Likewise, I'm sure it will be reciprocated when the shoe is on the other foot.

They have been talking a ton about Kansas sports lately and I feel like if anyone knows for sure if Kansas lost 6 out of 7 (and some games by double digits), those guys could confirm.

I feel like they are a very welcoming bunch, too, and love when visitors stop by, even when it's a bit off topic.

I'd argue the majority of KC fans ARE obsessed with Denver to some degree based on the Donkos thread being the longest running, most populated and most posted in thread on ChiefsPlanet for quite some time now.

Elway and that fanbase have left some permanent scars that are still healing . . . . .
