/shrug.
I've pretty much lived an entire life eating junk processed food. My current diet is about a 60-40 ratio of junk food to home cooking (even my home cooking is kinda junky). I currently weigh about 15lbs more than i did in HS (at age 38) and fall in the Normal/Healthy weight range for my height. BUT, i also stay pretty active on the weekends with recreational sports and often workout 3-4 days a week during the spring and summer.
