I'm also planning to exercise more; at least 40 minutes three times a week....preferably more.

I don't really make resolutions but I am planning on increasing my bench press to 315 by middle of June.

I'm impressed, wow. I haven't tried 300 lbs + for over five years.....my shoulders begin to ache around 280....so good for you.

That, and once on Saturday Night Live there was a skit about a power lifter who ripped his arms out of their sockets.....
