Denver Public schools asking parents to help teach - Page 2

DPS is having such a major shortage with substitute teachers they are asking parents to come in and sub even if they don't have any teaching experience...the reason for the problem? A pay decrease from $120 a day to $81 for substitute teachers...Personally I think its a really BAD idea to have parents with no teaching experience come in...thoughts?
