Hard to say.
One of These Days is up there pretty high, just because it was pretty mindblowing when I saw it live on the Division Bell tour.

You know, despite popular belief, Pink Floyd did put out some quality music after the release of 'Piper at the Gates of Dawn'. Sure, it might not have been as well received, and maybe the departure of Syd Barrett let a creative and musical collapse. But people need to just give some of the later PF stuff a chance. There are a few unpolished gems in their later catalog.

Of those two, Astronomy Domine, hands down. One of the first Floyd songs I heard when I first got into them (bought Ummagumma when I was 13), really dug it back then.
