Gambling Challenge waiting list

BD and I decided that we would boot people who did not place bets the first two weeks and fill their spots with people on a waiting list. Well, after two weeks there are four people to boot and four people on the waiting list. These people have first crack at the recently vacated positions:

1. Dave Lane
2. KCwolf
3. Straight, No Chaser
4. PHOG

Let me know if you want in.

I'm wondering though, is it fair to the other players if these guys start off with $10,000 or does it really matter. I was thinking it might be best to penalize them $1,000 per week so they can start with $8,000. What does everyone think?

I don't care if they start at 10,000, personally.

There's plenty of chances to lose $$$

Alright, I'll just leave them at $10,000 unless a bunch of you protest it.

Dave Lane has accepted one of the vacant spots, still waiting to hear from the other three. If we don't fill the other spots this week then that is it, they will be deleted permanently.

Cool. Everyone on the waiting list is in, except PHOG. I have yet to hear back from him, so if he doesn't accept by midnight tomorrow, I'll give the last open spot to the first person that requests it on this thread.
