Four Vikings charged for party boat misdemeanors

MINNEAPOLIS -- Quarterback Daunte Culpepper and three other Minnesota Vikings were charged Thursday with three misdemeanors each for taking part in a bawdy boat party earlier this season on Lake Minnetonka.

Culpepper, Bryant McKinnie, Fred Smoot and Moe Williams were charged with indecent conduct, disorderly conduct and lewd or lascivious conduct, according to court papers.

If convicted, each player faces a maximum of 90 days in jail on each count.

Their D is playing a lot better, so that is part of it. When Randy Moss left, Culpepper couldn't just throw it up to him anymore. Gone were the double teams, bracketing, etc. Culpepper had to actually read defenses, something he proved earlier this year that he is not that good at, thus equaling his bad play. Culpepper is a good QB, but he is not great. I think this year happened for the best, and it will force Culpepper to study more, etc. There was an article awhile back where Culpepper admitted to not studying as much as he should, but he said he was learning.

Had this happened on one of the players own boats, fine.

the party boat people can refuse future service, keep the deposit, demand reparations for any damages.

It's true. This was a dinner cruise, there were minors employed as food servers, etc. that witnessed the debauchery. I'm pretty sure little Suzy high-school should be able to go to work without fear of being confronted by some swinging piece of Alabama king snake.
