Hasn't it been peaceful since Whitlock quit his radio show??!!

I'm so glad that moron is off the air. Now I can enjoy both sports radio stations any time that I want. I hope he quits the KC Star and moves to another city. That would be great!

I'm on the road quite a bit and listen to sports talk on AM. Most of the major teams have some kind of show on and they all are of the same quality of the ones you hear in the KC market.

Denver's sucks more than you would ever know. They are still living in the days of Elway.

Peaceful?

The KC media is worse than ever. And so is Rufus Dawes.

Hardly peaceful.

I prefer it to where I currently live - the D.C. area. It doesn't even have a station dedicated to sports talk full-tiime.

I do get tired of hearing the same old stuff - I laughed when I heard Kietzman clamor for the millionth time for a downtown ballpark - and it does tend towards blatant homerism, but I am guilty of listening to it almost all of the time when I'm here.

Heh..Funny you mentioned it.

Fatlock is goint to try and make a comeback at 610.

He posted 2 threads over at kcforum.net about it.

http://www.kcforum.net/forum/viewthread.php?tid=29939

IMO it is a ploy just to get attention.

That KC forum place is horrible. It's a lot of the same people who posted on the 810 boards way back in the day, before they got shut down.

So this has been confirmed as him? If he really wants to go back why would he call his boss an idiot.

Does anyone have Whithack's email address? I want to tell him to stay off the air at 610 or any KC radio station. Also, I want him to leave town and/or shut the hell up. He wants to know our "demands". Well, there it is. Those are my demands.
