24 = adult but daddy might not see it that way. What are you after? What is your best case scenario? If you have genuine feelings and good intentions I would imagine reasonable people would be ok with it. if you are just using this girl as your plaything then you are an absolute fool for choosing the boss's daughter. Assuming the first scenario you then have to gauge your boss. After working there for 8 years you should know the man well enough to judge his reactions and if you cannot then his daughter should.
