You guys suck. No poop threads, nothing. Here I am, trying to be entertained for 15 or 20 minutes before I crash and you guys let me down. It's pathetic.

My lawyer does a MUCH better job of keeping my contracts straight.

As for RE agents, I'm not saying there aren't some good ones, but the percentage of bad apples, lazy f**ks, jerk offs, and other assorted dimwits is as high as any other industry I've worked with. I know these people, I spent over a year working with these dumbasses.

I think that's maybe what pisses me off the most about them. They are collectively lazy and some of the dumbest mother f**kers I've ever met.

That's due to the the minimal requirements it takes to be one.

When my mom got divorced she asked me to go to an Amway meeting with her (her B/F at the time was into it) and I laughed my ass off when I saw 4 of the 5 real estate agents that worked for her friend there selling the stuff...

Another thing. With the various MLS services available nationwide all these f**kers do is search a database, and they don't even do that very well. If it wasn't for the National Association of Realtors f**king suing everyone left and right there would be plenty of national online real estate databases open to the public. They protect their territory like the most predatory of animals because they know full well just how f**king useless they are in the information age.

I used to sell a product that let agents put up a web site with full MLS search, user accounts, blah blah blah. I'm not pimping the company because the guy that I sold it to killed it.
