I think Boldin is a better receiver than Walker but I think you may be better off getting McNair on your team. Simms is uproven and Pennington is a hit away from being on IR.
What other FA QB's are available?

McNair is also a hit away from the bench, I would counter him with a better WR to make up for the loss of Anquan, IMO

he has drew bledsoe and warner, should i counter with simms or pennington back for bledsoe and walker? i am still iffy

It's a tough choice, but I wouldn't do it. Boldin is a stud in FFL. Very very consistent and a good points scorer. I'd hold out for something better. It's hard to know what Walker is going to do. McNair is an upgrade, but........
