<----Files motion to dismiss PastorMikH from the jury on the grounds of juror misconduct. Jurors are not allowed to express opinions about the case until all evidence is in, even among themselves. Defense requests the 1st alternative juror be seated in Pastor's place.

OK OK OK...i know...real court rules are not allowed. Sigh, no wonder I wasn't appointed lead counsel.

This bunch of defenders must really be dense. First off, they allow a jury canidate to remain on the jury that has stated all the way back that he is a hostile witness to the defense.

But that isn't nearly as bad as letting their client handle his own case. The more they let him talk, the worse it's going to be for them.

Yep, they're a Dream Team alright - for the prosecution.

And I hope they kick me off the case quick. That way JimN will owe me on our side bet as to who gets out of duty/kicked off first.
