Ladies and gentlemen, we need to realize that there are certain positions in the NFL. Being a backup means you need to service your team when the time comes. Now, Huard has done that. The offensive line has taken it upon themselves and played very well, as expected. The wide recievers have made the plays and tony g has been huard's favorite target. We cannot forget Trent Green's consistency and team leadership and he deserves to start when he is ready. The best thing Huard is doing for our team is winning and keeping Green off the field because this rest is helping Green get his health back at the right time. Trent Green is the one who will lead us to the playoffs and hopefully further and Damon Huard at the end of the year will be the one who made this possiblity happen. Lets all calm down and be thankful that we have a backup who has been in the system and has listened in meetings and has performed at the level that trent would be performing at. Dont listen to espn or anyone else, Trent is the man who will take us to the furthest point the chiefs/we can go and damon is the one who came in and serviced the team to his best potential. Lets just believe in the system and the one who will run it which will be trent green. Damon Huard has done his job, now lets let Trent Green do his job as the starter which means....take us to the "ship!"
