Question for the stock gurus.
What would make a mutual fund drop 7 percent in one day? I've got a Global fund that's down that much today, even though it looks like most markets are up. I can't find any new news about the fund, and I don't see anything in my account about a big one-time dividend or anything.
A mutual fund shouldn't move that fast, particularly counter to the markets. What's up? |

It's probably the day of the distributions. It'll go up tomorrow by 7%.

I wouldn't worry to much about it...SHORT TERM....If the trend continues throughtout a week or so then you should question moving....Funds often drop significantly then bounce right back....Your probably in for the long haul thus will be fine...
