Actually he signed his one year tender. This was expected and likely signals the precursor to a trade. Technically only a player under contract can be traded. No one is biting on signing Turner outright for the price of a 1 and 3, so by him signing, it clears the way to work out or finalize a trade. Both Buffalo and Tennessee are rumored to be the two teams hot after Turner. My guess is that it would take, at a minimum, a swap of first rounders with a 3 or fourth rounder thrown in as a sweetner for the Bills or Titans to get this done.
