If Miami won't give the 4th
Trade Trent somewhere else for a lower pick, just not to Miami. They can't go to bat with Carl and beat the hell out of him like appears is going to happen.

The chiefs can keep him on the roster until the final cut down day. If Miami wants him, they need to put up reasonable compensation. If they don't want to do that, they can wait until late August to have him.

I think a 6th and 7th this year, and a conditional (starts more than 6 games) 3rd next year is fair.

The smokescreen out of Miami worked for the 'phins. We came out of the first three rounds rolling the bones. I hope our squad can keep their noses clean off the field. Not addressing the CB position may come back to haunt us.
