Rashean Mathis is a top 5 corner. I continue to believe the biggest need on the whole team is for a receiver to put opposite Bowe who can get consistent separation and make big plays. We're too easy to defend without that. It would be even better if the guy could return kicks a la Santana Moss or Randle El.

But no matter what happens in the game, losses are always because the playcalling is too conservative. Always. And this is not just in KC - this is everywhere. According to fans, 90% of all coordinators in the NFL are too conservative. Why do these coaches spend an entire lifetime breaking down film and game planning? They should just read message boards and know that the answer is always to install the run n shoot.
