I'm guessing we get at least 35 percent votes for Kiffin.

If he Brings Monte Kiffin with him like he wanted to in Oakland, I'm all for it(which I no can't happen right now). If Monte doesn't come with him I say pass.

You probably should not count my vote.

I wish I could remember which way I voted.

I'd fire Herm right now to hire a kitten. Or a muffin. Or a coffin. Or a kitchen.

That's a tough one. I want Herm gone but I'm not totally sold on Kiffin either. I would rather we wait til the end of the season and lay out the Brinx truck to get the best coach possible. If that happens to be Kiffin then so be it.

The Rams ought to hire Kiffin right now.

He's going to be a great head coach.

This is actually tough. Herm does a good job motivating his players. It's that he's the absolute WORST gameday coach ever, in terms of decisions and clock management and the whole works.

Kiffin's probably better, but is he THAT much better?

Kiffin's going to the college ranks. He wants the power that those guys have, you cant really have it that much at the NFL level.

In a year and change Kiffin has bested Herm twice - nearly three times - and almost bested Shanahan twice (Shanny called a time out as Jano kicked the game winner last year). He also fixed Oakland's ground game. And he stood up to Al Davis. What more do you want?

I think he's done fairly well, but on the flipside his team should probably be 3-1. Totally fell apart in the 2nd half each of the last two weeks.
