I even think a 4th rounder would be good for Vrabel.

Even though were going to lose a pick for a veteran linebacker, no need to panic, we can easily get that pick back.

I think when you're talking about a pick that high, ceiling has to be at least as important as immediate impact. He's obviously more ready right now than any rookie will be, but what can you expect him to be long term?

It seems like an awful lot to me, because I don't think his ceiling is all that high, although I also think if they do give up that much, they must believe he's an elite talent on a Brady/Manning level.

A 4th round pick for Vrabel would be awful.

Christ, is every opinion different from yours always going to mean the opinion giver doesn't like football? Plus I'd like to see you try to come hurt me. Cassell is a Franchise QB, isn't that what you want?

Somebody on the radio just mentioned they'd heard we were in the running for houshmandzadeh. That could make things interesting. Bowe and Housh would not be Moss and Welker by any stretch, but we could do worse. Find some linemen and maybe there's enough there to carry Cassel the way the pats did last year.
Now that would be awesome.

I understand, he's only had one good year in an NFL system, doesn't mean that it equals to long term success, but then isn't that also the arguement about Sanchez?

Like I said, I'd really have no problem with this had we signed him as a FA.

I'd really have no problem if he had more than 2 years left in the tank, or if we weren't rebuilding from scratch and needing every possible pick we can get our hands on.

I agree. I bet it is either a 6th round pick or some kind of conditional pick based on playing time and what not. If it is a conditional pick we will still have all of our picks this year which should make Hamas happy.

You're the dumbass, good sir. You, yourself, admitted that you're disagreeing with Pioli on this issue. Forget I said anything about Hamas, concentrate on, you know... the MAIN POINT of my argument. Thanks.
