........ reported on 810am radio. I think they said it would be at 4:30pm. But, correct me if I'm wrong about the time.

The speculation is that Bobby Ingram has been signed. But, they don't know. That's just a guess. KK seemed to be sure it wasn't something like Julius Peppers being signed.

They have traded Cassel to the Broncos for Jay Cutler, Champ Bailey and their first round pick... and future consideration.

Rotoworld is speculating either Orlando Pace, Torry Holt or even Bobby Engram.

"The Chiefs have called a 5:30ET press to announce a signing, but the identity of the player has yet to be revealed.
Teams don't usually call pressers to announce signings of bit players, so the Kansas City Star speculates that the Chiefs could be introducing Orlando Pace, Torry Holt, or Bobby Engram. Stay tuned for another update."

I am not Tory Holt's biggest fan, but if he is on the other side of Bowe....... best WR pair the Chiefs have had... umm... ever.... and I am not even saying Bowe is that good.
