You're right. He didn't. But it was a totally different deal. He told us he was a lifer and left promptly. We thought we had a Coach K type lifer, but it turns out he was cheaper than a prize in a crackerjack box.

Our program, we figured would live on, it was just the fact of hanving an elite coach tell us he was here for the duration, and bolt.
