i could be mistaken, but i don't think seymour is a pass rushing de. i think he's more of the take up a bunch of blockers and still stop the run variety. i'm hoping thats what jackson can do for the chiefs. and allen leaving kc, while detrimental to the defense, had less to do with the chiefs fall from contention, than roaf and shields retiring.

Pioli is good, I will give you credit for that and should produce a good system in KC, but it won't be close this yr to a turnaround

How that team fell so far so fast from a Super Bowl in '02, it's almost pathetic. They have zero direction, and zero hope, and Cable will probably be fired by the halfway point.
But, other than that, the Raiders might have a mediocre season.

Seymour got such a rotten deal, i understand BB needs to look out for the long-term interests of his team...but ship off a genuine Pro-Bowler who ran through brick walls for you to...jokeland?

He could've atleast sent him somewhere where things are 'looking up', give a star pupil a chance at dignity...just a very callous move. As was mentioned previously, this may have the nasty side-effect of alienating a lot of guys on the Pats...as they wonder 'am i next to get it broke off in my ass?'.

Any fade fan, who thinks he'll do any more than go through the motions...IF he actually shows at all, should get ahold of the producers of 'Intervention', huffing paint thinner in the tool shed is a long, dark road.

Don't give them ideas, they might win more games that way. Seymour might be a better QB, and Fat Ass is big enough to play on the D-line...

Well, as much as I hate the Raiders, I miss the days when the AFC West was the best division in football and I would like to help them out some. But as it stands, I guess we have to wait til Davis dies before we see those glory days again.

It doesnt' matter -- it's been well established that the Patriots players have hated their coach ever since he cut Lawyer Milloy...

Ah, Tom Jackson. For those who think Belichick is a cold robot, not true. At the end of that 2003 season, after the Super Bowl win, Tom Jackson approached Belichick to congratulate him, and Belichick said, "F**k you."
