I never understood this either. How do you root against a team for 12 weeks and then at the very end root for them? Did you root for the Raiders in the Super Bowl? AFC West baybee!!!

From a Google search earlier, I don't think it matters who wins the NC game, the payout is the same for both teams.... but I'd like to know if that's different.

Moot point. We all get the same revenue whether Texas wins or loses. And we'd all be getting MORE revenue had the Big XII gotten two BCS bids.

Been lurking a long time. CP has been very good to me and helped me thru some hard times. Still think we should have started Gannon in '97.

Eh, I would definitely not root for Mizzou or KSU in a game like this, and couldn't quite bring myself to root for Nebraska. I don't care about the south teams, but if I was a Nebraska fan there's no way in hell I'd be rooting for Texas in this game.

Actually I normally do pull for Big XII teams to win bowl games, it just happens that I have an emotional stake in this particular game.

If I find it, I'll forward it to you. Highlight of my Chiefs fandom. Without a doubt.
