I'll be honest, my labrador makes that exact noise when we won't turn the alarm clock off or when the coffee grinder goes on for too long.

The dog wasn't trying to sing the baby to sleep, he was annoyed by the little shit.

Exactly, plus that cat is probably declawed and has had its teeth filed down. No way that kid is laughing otherwise. Let's see the video a year from now when this kid is trying to do the same thing to a neighbors cat and gets his face taken off. The mom won't be laughing then.
