It doesn't take talent to know as the first baseman that you're cutoff from center field. It doesn't take talent to hustle all the way to the plate to be sure your runs scores. There's clearly a lack of talent, and that explains a lot of this team's ills. But it doesn't explain the lazy attitude and mental errors.

To add clarity, I'm not suggesting the losing is the managers fault. But with the youngsters coming up soon, I want the culture to be in place that we play winning baseball at all times.
