GIF'D UP! 2010

It was one year ago that Bernard Pollard missed five tackles in one preseason game. Angered by his ineptness, I gif'd his ass up.

The gifs didn't lie. Pollard was exposed as a fraud, cut and banished from Kansas City. Emboldened by this great success, I created a massive a thread in which we exposed every fraud on the 2009 Kansas City Chiefs.

No one escaped the wrath of GIF'D UP. Every week, the ****ing axe came down with thunder. It was brutal, it was bloody, and it used up a ****ton of bandwidth.

GIF'D UP is back for 2010 and season two. We're going to expose every fraud on the 2010 Kansas City Chiefs. Let's get this show on the road. There are 20 weeks to the Super Bowl, Corey Mays, Jon McGraw, Ryan O'Failaghan and Rudy Niswanger are still Chiefs, and we need to send Mike Vrabel into early retirement.

LOCK AND LOAD!

In about an hour, we officially kick it off with the Atlanta review.

I'm not patting anyone on the back. As I've said several times, I dont care.

Its overblown and there has been way too much time spent on this.

1 day away from the Cardinals and people are still bitching about a 3 second event in time that means so little the only people talking about it are on forums.

Who's giving him a free pass? Most thought it was the wrong move (although, nobody is 100% sure what the real intention was).

6 days later, who gives a shit? Even the Broncos media isn't talking about it anymore.

Not true at all. I'd say something like 35-40%......still a VERY clueless and dumb amount of people, but it is what it is, we're stuck with him because of our GM's ego thinking he plucked another Tom Brady.

People need to remember that Pioli ultimately runs the show in KC. Haley doesn't have any credentials at being a HC in this league yet while Pioli is a 3x SB winning GM. I would go as far as saying that Pioli has final say on the QB, because I just can't sit here and fathom as to why our coaching staff still wants to go w/ Cassel week in and week out. He's terrible.

I wish we'd start Brodie and see how long "she" can hold up. If he gets hurt then he gets hurt, plug Cassel back in. If he doesn't get hurt and plays well or gives the offensive passing game a spark, let Cassel walk. Look for a FA backup or draft a QB and groom him. Giving Cassel that contract without having to prove his worth as a starter was just a criminally stupid thing to do. Not saying he's not a hard worker and he became lazy after getting the contract. It's just some QB's have it and some don't. Cassel clearly doesn't have it. And I don't think Pioli will ever admit that. We're going to live and die by Cassel's hand. Plain and simple.

Why does giving a guy a big contract bother you and so many other people? It's not like it's coming out of your pocket. And it's also not like this particular contract limits the Chiefs options for salary cap reasons. It's a complete non-issue as far as I can tell.

In retrospect, pointing a finger and the phrase used was pretty lame. However, if Haley had cold-cocked that little elf, THAT I would give an undying, "America: **** YEAH" to.

This post is so full of stupid. Every fan of every team in any sport is indirectly paying for the players salaries. It's called buying merchandise and game tickets.

Give me a break. No one forces you to buy a ticket or any merchandise. When you're a fan of a team that is at the bottom end of the salary scale in the league, you have no reason to complain about contract values (in terms of your personal financial connection) even if you find yourself unable to resist contributing by voluntarily buying in.
