If you want to do your own scenarios, yes. You can see the standard predictions without downloading anything by clicking the "latest predicitons" link. Those are updated on late Tuesday or Wednesday.

If you want to do your own scenarios, click the link "Launch Pro-Football Forecast". That will download forecaster.jnlp to your computer. Click on that downloaded item and you are good to go. It runs under Java Web Start, which is an environment that does not let me read or write to your hard drive. I know that DaFace uses my software, probably some others too. I'm not the kind of guy that is going to screw with anyone's computer.

You also have to have Java runtime environment. You probably already have it on your machine, but there is a link on my web site if you don't.
