Derrion Thomas to Walk On at Mizzou

Derrion Thomas, the son of the late Chiefs All-Pro linebacker Derrick Thomas, has told PowerMizzou.com that he will walk on to the Missouri football team.

A 2009 graduate of Blue Springs South, Thomas said he would enroll at Missouri in Januray. He's been a Fort Scott (Kan.) Communioty College the last two years and would have three years of eligibility at Missouri.

He has lots of potential to be good IMO. Only played football 2 years at South if I remember correctly. Recorded a monster game against Rockhurst. Sacked Scheelhaase 4 times. I think the raw skills are definitely there. Just needs to bulk up quite a bit still. Curious to see what he's weighing in at now.
