How much would you have had to pay?
more stupid crap that makes me angry reading. But if they had this when I was in school, my fines would have reached the millions for sure.
After being ticketed for using bad language in a classroom and failing to appear for a court date, a Dallas teenager must now pay a $637 fine. Last October, when North Mesquite High School teacher Michelle Lene heard student Victoria Mullins say “you trying to start [expletive],” Mullins was sent to the principal’s office and given lunch detention, NBC DFW reports. The following day the student was ticketed, with the complaint that Lene was offended by Mullins’ remark and it was a breach of peace. According to the Dallas Morning News, the original fine for disorderly conduct and abusive language was $340.
