ATT to impose DSL/Uverse cap

My concern is less with the immediate cap and more with the longterm scale. 250 gigs is plenty now, but in two years? I doubt ATT will be rushing to up the free cap.

In other words, it feels like an attempt to get a cap in without a lot of controversy (no one reaches these limits, etc.), knowing it won't take long for todays high use to become normal use.
