Just finished - Angel Hair Alfredo with grilled portobella, grilled asparagus and crumbled crisp bacon. From scratch [well, the angel hair was premade].
Rewarding myself for a good week of spring diet, down 5 pounds since last wednesday. I'm sure this'll put some more back on, but I only had a 1/2 portion, and set the rest of the sauce aside for next week.

Oh, I indeed reserved a couple of strips for knoshing, but denying the allure of carbonara is akin to saying pairing bacon with mayo, lettuce and tomato on bread is a waste. Creamy, crispy, salty, carb loaded, dammit Brock, you're on the verge of making pull the rest of the sauce out of the fridge.
