What are your top 3 possible Free agents you'd like to see the Chiefs sign?
I'm bored and got football fever. Since it's pretty likely free agency will begin in a few weeks go on record and list your top 3 guys you'd like to see the Chiefs sign.

Steve Smith
Michael Bush
Tyson Clabo
Chris Hoke


But since it's highly unlikely we dive into the deep end of the FA pool, I'm not holding my breath for any of them except Hoke. He'd be a really good fit here, IMO.

I think we get Breaston instead of Smith and IIRC Bush will be a RFA.

if this new thing in the cba passes, where there is a minimum salary cap.... wouldn't we have to go out and get alot of FA? or we just gonna resign some of our players with higher contracts?

I think we should sign Tyson Chandler. He could help block kicks. Deshawn Stevenson could add some toughness and experience to our defense. Also, we should get Yao Ming since the Chiefs could use some marketing help in China.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. In prior years, FA's didn't make sense for a team trying to win more than 4 games. Now that we have a division title under our belts, it's time to "Make the Run".

It's not Pioli's style. This organization has been building through the draft these last few years and so far have done a good job. I can't picture Pioli running out and dropping big bucks. He'll spend some money on mid-tier F/A's like Bush or Breaston...but he sure as hell won't go on a spending spree.

Whats really funny is I read the Chiefs offered 6 ****ing million for Shaun Rogers. 6 million! Thats overpaying IMO
