Once you express yourself completely, if the coach doesn't respond, than you need to take action. Clearly communicate to him that he is not to manhandle your child and that you will physically stop him if he keeps doing it. Go to the league and ask for an immediate transfer and explain to them in detail why you need the transfer.

I'd say keep in mind that you need to be as "professional" or "political" as possible, but under no circumstances should you allow anyone to treat your child in a way that is offensive to you or her. It will drive you crazy and will diminish you in her eyes, hurting your relationship with your child.
