Tough group to rank, but here's my thinking:
1. 30 Rock. Clever writing, pleasantly bizarre, and I like live actors more than animation. 2. Archer. I've only seen two episodes, but thought it was hilarious. I probably shouldn't rank it this high, but I will. 3. Family Guy. Hit or miss, but it's generally pretty good. Sometimes their highly repetitious jokes start grating on me, but I like the Conway Twitty segments. Didn't make the cut: 4. Gomer Pyle, USMC. I liked this show as a child, but don't know that I would watch it now. It's kind of weird, and not in a good way. 5. Mr. Ed. This show was before my time. I saw a few episodes as a little kid, and even then I thought, "Wow, low production values".
