I'd take him as an OC, but I wouldn't want to have him as my HC. His team always faded, just like the Raiders. Not a great motivator.

I'd take Turner over what we've got. Hell, at this point I'd dig up Lombardi - at least he wouldn't make any bad decisions...

I'd take Norv Turner as HC/OC also as I have said before. It'd be nice to get Ray Rhodes as DC while we are at it. However, it's worrying that Turner seems to be so soft on players - it doesn't sound like he could get Chester to get up in the morning (but who can?).

I can't stand owners who fire coaches in the middle of the season! There are certain exceptions, but this is definetly not one of them. Absolutely unexcusable. I have thought for a long time now that I would not want to work for Snyder, this just confirms that.
