Damn, that dude sure loves to work the legs, even on the "easy" day he's trying to make my legs fail and force me to bail out on a rotation. (which I had to do a couple times, it was the first day that I didn't take a single break due to being out of breath, but it was all just because my legs quit, or I didn't have the balance to do whatever the hell they were doing.) My legs have been sore all week, and I don't see an end to that, but from what I'm seeing around the internet, I can't really argue with the results.
