How many permanent work spaces have you had?

We're about to move offices, and it got me thinking. Counting only full-time jobs you've had since age 18 (i.e, jobs that weren't "temporary" in your mind), how many different work spaces have you had?

I started my career in 1986, and I think this is my history.

Job 1
1986 - Sat in a bullpen in Office Building 1
1987-1988 - Sat in a bullpen in Office Building 2
1989-1991 - Sat in a four-person cubicle in Building 3

Grad School
1992 - No office

Job 2
1993 - Private office in Building 4
1994 - Office in Building 5
1995 - Office with slightly better location in Building 5
1996 - Office with slightly better location in Building 5
1997 - Slightly larger office in Building 5
1998 - Bigger office in Building 5
1999 - Office in Building 6

Job 3 (Current job)
1999-2001 - Home Office in Building (House) 7
2002-2003 - Office in Building 8
2004 - Office in Building 9
2005 - Change of Pace Office in Building 9
2006 -2007 - Change of Pace Office in Building 9
2008 - 2009 - Bigger office in Building 9
2010-2012 - Change of roles office in Building 9
2012 (Starting tomorrow or Thursday) - Office in Building 10

There may have been one more office in Job 2, but I honestly don't remember. So in 23 years of work, I've had 18 different work spaces in 10 different buildings, despite holding only 3 jobs. Kind of interesting. Or not. But it's the internet so I can post it if i want.

Were you allowed to turn the car ignition off, or did it have to keep running at all times?

Pretty much all the work I've ever done has been out in the field so I haven't really had any designated work space. Although I do have a shop with a desk at my current job so I guess that's the only one.

Thread is flawed. If it was a permanent work space, then everyone would only have one.

Also too many to count. Had a cot in the back room of a bar in college to nap out during the day between classes, worked in radio and tv stations, office bullpens, had my own office with a door but no windows, now I'm in a cube farm, but I have a corner cube with a door and windows, but no real "privacy." My door is always open, except when I leave to go home. If my door is shut, people know I'm gone for the day.

1. Part time in HS and college breaks I worked at Macy's on Main in downtown KC. It was an open office space, I and moved from one work station to another depending on my task of the day and which desk was open.

2. Graduate school 1: I had an desk in an office with 2 other students and a lab.

3. First real job I was in a cubicle.

4. Grad school 2: I had an desk in an office with 2 other students and a lab.

5. Still in grad school. Later on I moved out of the basement and had an office up with the faculty, but still shared with a couple other students.

6. Current employer. Office was in the basement with a window overlooking a parking alcove. Office flooded once. I was in there for 17 years.

7. Got an administrative position and got to move up to the 2nd floor. Nicer office with carpet, a better window, and a closet. I love that closet.

8. Got a second administrative position and a second office. Huge, with a conference table, and love seat. My office has seating for 9, although I have never had more than two guests at once. This office is in what used to be a downtown department store, so I guess I have come full circle.

A closet would be a great feature in any office, but particular an office on a college campus. If you do any lunchtime gym stuff or even jog in, it'd be great to have a closet for a change of clothes.

I'm considering joining a gym near our new office, and if I did I'd have to figure out how to store extra clothes. Alas, I have no closet.
