All in all, from 2001-2011 Romeo Crennel is 6-3 against Peyton Manning. Crennel knows how to take the head off a snake. Look what he did to Green Bay.

I think we can all agree this isn't the same Chiefs defense as it was in 2010, and that Peyton isn't playing with the same offense he had in Indy.

Denvers actually had 2 of it's 5 Olinemen ranked among the worst for their position by PFF. One, C, will probably be replaced by Jeff Saturday.

The Broncos have SHIT for receivers.
****ing THIS.

I think we should have a message board donation drive, and use the money to put out a bounty on Peyton Manning.

Broncos fans I know consider my opinion on this as biased, but they're just as biased for disagreeing with it.
I wonder how Denver's line makes another adjustment? they were all shanrat zone blocking and then they learned McDaniel's Offense, last year changed to a college option for tebow, now those linemen have to become traditional pocket protectors for Manning?

Refresh my memory, How did Tamba do against Clady in 2010 when the broncos tried to have a pocket making passing attack?

This is good and all, but the thing that scares me is that they are going to sign Dallas Clark.

This defense against good TE's is not good news. Especially with a good QB like Manning at the helm.

You just know he will expose us all day long because our linebackers can't cover, and neither can Kendrick Lewis(even though he is not a LBer, he just sucks in man-to -man, and will get burned every now and then...guaranteed Manning will expose him) and aside from Hali, I don't think we have enough passrushers to generate enough pressure to rattle Manning and throw him off his game a bit.

If I were the chiefs, I'd be motivated to shore up the defense a little bit. I think they need to add another passrusher, get some linebackers in here that can cover. Even if it means replacing Belcher. Hey. Why not? maybe draft another safety or CB this year. I think they are going to have to fix the defense a bit. More tools are required when you are facing a QB of this caliber.

Peyton cried to the NFL back in 04' and they changed the rules because of Romeo's defense.

We will see how it goes now.

The posts about Peyton beating Romeo...yada, yada...are a complete waste of time. Different teams, different eras, different health status. Since that time, Manning has had four neck surgeries, has taken a full year off, wasn't GREAT the year before that, and ain't getting any younger. He MAY be able to make throws...probably can. However, the question people SHOULD be asking is how will he stand up to the pounding he is about to take? It's open season, Donkey fans. Peyton Manning is going to get a steady dose of field testing on his bionic dick and there's nothing anybody can do about it. If he is healed, you got a very nice two year solution. If he isn't...? Well, you know the rest of that story. And you won't have Timmy to kick around, will you?

did I hear "great TE" and Dallas Clark in the same sentence? This year?
Then did I hear we don't have talent to cover TE's? Berry comes back, he did pretty good against TEs his rookie year. DJ's not a bad cover LB....

I'm not scared by clark and Manning. I'm scared if Denver starts signing good Linemen talent and a couple good young receivers.

This only scares me if two brokedicks are like a double negative and mean both of them are healthy. Between Clark, Saturday, and Manning, they have about 110 years of age and one working wiener among them.
