Man runs over cops foot....caught on tape.

I couldn't hear anything. Was he trying to avoid the ticket or was the cop about to let him go and then he ran over the foot, the cop started to hit his window to get his attention and driver possibly didn't know what was going on perhaps?

He was really was trying to avoid the ticket and chose to just drive off and ran over his foot in the process then yes, he's a moron.
