And in just 4 years, we've had a head coach fired, two coordinators fired, two coordinators who quit after just one year, and a head coach who was "demoted" from play calling duties.

Wrong. Haley inherited Gailey and subsequently fired him. The lack of an OC in Haley's first year is on Haley, not Pioli.
