Ive said over and over again, it doesnt have to be a rebuild and take 3 years. Teams can turn it around quickly if they put the right pieces in place. Mainly Head coach and QB.

Look how quickly the Niners and Colts turned it around.

The Colts did it with a lot less overall talent than we have. They had WR and DE, and that's about it.
