when I was competing in gymnastics, on the hi bar i would blind change to the right (as your near veritical, you turn one way or the other to get a reverse grip), but would then pirouette (sp?) at vertical to the left to go back to regular grip. essentiall traveling across the entire bar lol. which sucked. Had to change either the blind change turn or pirouette. should/optimally be able to blind change, then priouette back to your original spot from your regular grip.
very awkward; never did really get used to it.
