To insure proper service, to insure promptness, both work. I wish it worked that way. People would learn some hard lessons. Except for the con thieves, and there's tons of them. I'd like to see restaurants comp them once, and put them in a system that would be tied to all chains nationwide. 3 comps in a year, **** you, go somewhere else to eat or refuse service period. It would lower prices overall or at least stop them from going up so rapidly. I guarantee it.
