Last drink of the night was a Guinness. Now I'm awake and ready to board a plane to watch my alma mater play in its first D2 National Title Game Ever.#AllWeDUisWin

Its boldness is light in flavor. A combination of flavors come to mind is coffee, carmel, butter, wheat, and malt. Smooth and not very complex considering its a dark ale. I recommend it for any guinness fan. Not too far off from the creaminess and stout flavor. Bayern stays true to the German purity law. The brewmaster is straight from Germany and has been brewing his business in the states for 25 years out of Missoula, Montana. Also Face Plant is seasonal so its done with production till winter comes again. I'm enjoying it while its still in stores.

It's my go to. I drink so much I need something cheap. Every once in a while I'll get a bottle Turkey 101, or Makers. However since I usually put down close to 1/5 at a time, I usually stick with Jim Beam. Why can't you drink it anymore? Wife put you on a leash?

I usually just throw up out of my asshole in the morning. I concede though, it's too much. Remember how much of your playoff bourbon I drank? That was in the infancy of my alcoholism. I'll bring my own and you some the next time. See you in 2024.

It was more the Beam than the amount. Though that amount might kill a guy my size.

Nice. Leave it to my guilty conscious. I was mostly expecting to come in here to see you telling me to "Seek help". LOL, Beam is the lowest level of bourbon I can drink without getting sick the next day. For the most part...Yesterday was ****ed.

You're a big boy. (no pun intended) I'm not gonna preach at you.

Speaking of playoff bourbon, I can't drink Black Maple Hill without thinking of that game and the abortion at QB.

Sad.

I'll see if my local liquor "dealer" can work a deal. He owns a store and their other business is weddings (LOL, weddings SOOOO = liquor!!!), so he's used to strange and special requests. Sometimes he's golden, sometimes not so much!
