So if given the choice right now, you'd rather have Cassel over Smith?

No. He didn't prove he can be pretty good. He proved he needs an absolute perfect storm. The guy has regressed to the point he's a league joke.

No, the Chiefs aren't getting both 2nd rounders.

No one will care but PFcentral is reporting we are still trying to sign Albert long term despite him talking to the Dolphins.

Are you blind?
You've been bitching about my posts and several others for over the last hour in this thread alone. You come out with "herp derp, Alex Smith not performing against KC is just like Geno against K-State, derp herp" or "Remember that one game Alex had against NO in the playoffs?!!" and continually try to make nonsensical arguments to validate your opinion. You still have yet to come up with anything valid to argue the points I made. You literally cited 1 game as an example of excellence and decided that was an excellent foundation for an argument. Hilariously stupid. There is definitely more than 1 game to support beliefs for Alex developing as a QB over the past 3 years and I've listed them just today. |

Horrible talent level in 2009 + horrible GM + hothead coach + lazy QB
That's not a good equation for success.

The playoff run he played pretty good and made the plays when he needed to. Then Jets got stupid gave him the big contract and went away from his strengths. Combined with a nutty head coach and roster depleted, its pretty clear what happened in New York and its not all on Sanchez.
