I can summarize my thoughts fairly quickly.

Refuse to watch ESPN while Berman is on! Boomer needed to be disposed yearssss ago.

Eisen does a good job outside of to much drama. I'm one of those fans that doesn't give a sh*t about the drama surrounding a Geno Smith pick, Tebow or Teo... Just talk draft and football. This isn't the View!

I want draft/football guys... No blowhards like Irvin. If I were the NFLN I would stick with Mayock, Davis, Jeremiah and Marucci. Rotate Marucci and Billick amongst days. Love Shaw and he is the ONLY college coach I would bring on!

ESPN would be wise stick to Wingo, Gruden, Kiper, McShay, Dilfer and Polian. I'll give Ray Lewis a chance.

The NFLN not having their big board up during day 2 and 3 was a mistake.

In general both networks do a horrible job when it comes to the Chiefs! We are the one franchise they go to commercials for and don't talk about our prospects much at all.

That part was great. Mayock was staring daggers through Eisen for the rest of the segment. You could almost see the producers in their ears telling them to calm the !@#$ down because Eisen was also clearly taken aback by it.

Mayock absolutely crushed the draft this year. I know a lot of guys don't like him, but I've been a huge Mayock fan since the Flowers draft. When the Chiefs grabbed Flowers, Mayock did an extended breakdown of him and demonstrated that he really knows his stuff.

And yes, like others, I will not watch any ESPN programming that involves Chris Berman or Tom Jackson. Berman's just awful and Jackson as turned into a sanctimonious ****stain that has spent so long peddling his own legend that I'm certain he now believes his own bullshit.

Both of those guys are simply unwatchable to me.

.
It was great because Mayock was the only guy clued into the fact that the people who aren't football fans who paid attention to Teo for 10 minutes when he was in the news are not going to watch 5 hours of the draft to see where Teo got drafted. Teo is a complete non-story for the people who actually care about the draft.

Like the article in the OP says, Mike Mayock is better at breaking down film than anyone in the business right now.

I don't always agree with his evaluations, but I always enjoy his work.

But at the end of the day, the NFL draft is becoming unwatchable with all the extra curricular activities they've added at the podium.

Just me the picks.
