Personally, I think it's still very likely Alberts gone before TC, and even if he's still here, I don't buy the decision has been made before they've even seen Fisher and Albert together who's playing where. Either way, I think Fisher will be starting at LT on opening day.

I don't see any issue with this. It's a one year arrangement.
Next year Albert will again want to be paid more than he's worth as a middle of the road LT, and we will probably do the right thing and let the 30 year old average tackle walk and keep the 23 year old blue chip stock tackle. So we have a really nice o-line situation for a year, and Clark spends a few extra bucks. So what? |

Even if Albert gets hurt early on it will be no crisis because Fisher just slides over and we adjust getting a decent RT to fill. I would rather Fisher start at LT because BA ain't in the plans period it is plain to see but it is what it is.

Tell me again how the Chiefs should draft a guy who lacks leadership skills, suffers from maturity issues, has slow eyes, needs work on his feet and who commands no first round interest from any other franchise in the league at 1.1.

So why do you talk about "them" like they're a continuous unit? It makes no sense.
