Ice Cream Bread
Gonna make this today.

This is a very simple sweet bread. It sounds crazy, but yes, it really works! You can use any flavor of ice cream, just make sure it’s not low- or non-fat.

2 cups Ice Cream
1-½ cup Self-Rising Flour

Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8×4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from the pan, and cool on a wire rack.

Bread is meh as ****.

I can't even taste the chocolate.

It's decent for spreading nutella on. More than regular bread, I guess.

But I'd rather just eat ice cream.

Verdict: Edible, but meh.

This is disappoint. I have mine in the oven now. maybe cooking the chocolate ice cream does something weird. We will see how this strawberry turns out in about 30 minutes

I like mine quite a bit. Its a slightly sweet bread. But I also love bread.

my loaf pan was too big so it cooked real fast. At 350 it only took about 30 minutes or less

I've upped the ice cream to 3 cups to 1.5 cups flour to see if it helps things.
